RETURN/REFUND Policy

Unopened baskets may be returned (minus - a 20% restocking fee) However any products that have been open or tampered with cannot be refunded due to the nature of food items, open product. Flowers ? fruit , chocolate Strawberries and baked products cakes ,cookies are non refundable

because it can't be resold. Delivery /Shipping and Handling fees are also non-refundable.

Returns can be made within 5 working days of your receipt, with a pre-authorization from GBYDESIGNSB. Please call or e-mail us to obtain authorization.

Return shipping fees is the responsibility of the recipient/buyer.

All merchandise must be returned in the original carton and in good condition hand delivered or shipped (as sent).
No credit can be issued until we receive the returned merchandise.

Merchandise not meeting the above criteria will be refused.
Delivery or Shipping Fees cannot be refunded.
